摘要
现阶段我国处理城市生活和工业中的污泥主要采用填埋方式,污泥利用率较低。通过对污泥陶粒研究现状的分析,总结免烧污泥陶粒在高强度、具有良好耐久性等方面的性能优势,对比粉煤灰免烧陶粒的制备工艺,对用免烧的方法制作污泥陶粒进行探讨,最后提出存在的一些问题并对未来作出展望。
The processing of urban life and industrial sludge in China at the present stage is mainly taking the method of the landfill.The rate of sludge utilization is low.This article takes the analysis of the present status of research on sludge ceramsite as an example to summarize the unburned sludge ceramsite like high strength and good durability performance advantages etc.Contrasting with the unburned fly ash ceramsite preparation technology,the sludge using the method of unburned ceramsite is discussed.Finally,this article puts forward some problems and make a prospect for the future.
