摘要
随着近5年来上产力度加大,2018年全区正常生产井抽油机悬点上负荷超过理论值703口井,与2014年相比增加了450口。为此,进行了抽油机上负荷过大危害和治理对策的研究。通过统计分析、对比研究系统效率和检泵率,发现抽油机井驴头悬点上负荷过大,这不仅导致抽油机井启抽困难,能耗增大,抽油杆疲劳加剧,而且易造成管串落井事故,增加井下作业费用,直接影响油井产能正常发挥。对此采取了以下措施:对负荷突然上升的井及时进行化清处理,减轻杆管的摩擦阻力;对回压高井定期打干线,降低井口回压;对长期超理论值井适当换大机型,降低抽油机故障率,优化井下杆管泵组合,合理降低抽油杆在液体中的质量。施以上述措施有效降低了油井驴头悬点上负荷,减少油井生产能耗,延长检泵周期。
With the increase intensity of oil production in past5years,there are703wells whose top loads of polish rod exceed theoretical value in2018,increasing450wells compared with2014in the whole region.Damage and countermeasures of top-overloading of polished rod on pump units were studied.According to statistical analysis and comparative study on system efficiency and pump inspection period of wells,excessive load led to problems of not only starting pumping unit,but also increase of energy consumption,aggravation of sucker rod fatigue,which easily causes accident of string falling and increases cost of operation and directly affects normal operation.Several approaches were applied:to reduce frictional resistance by cleaning down hole tools for the wells whose top load suddenly rises,to reduce wellhead back pressure at regular intervals by cleaning main pipeline,to reduce pumping failure rate and ensure efficient production by replacing large pump unit for the wells whose load exceeds theoretical value for long term.At the same time,optimization of down hole tools was to reasonably reduce weight of sucker rod in the liquid.The approaches effectively reduced the top load of polish rod,energy consumption of production and extend of pump inspection period.
