投捞电缆式潜油螺杆泵技术研究及现场试验 被引量:3

摘要 新疆油田吉7井区采用平台定向井开发,初期采用游梁式有杆泵生产,杆管偏磨、断脱问题严重,检泵周期较短,泵效较低。自2015年开始引进试验了常规电动潜油螺杆泵举升技术,现场试验验证了这项无杆泵技术在防断脱、偏磨方面的独特技术优势对稠油开采的良好适应性,取得了较好应用效果。但是,动力电缆采用油管外捆绑的方式入井,起下管柱过程中易与套管内壁剐蹭损坏造成了一定的经济损失,修复后再利用存在性能和安全风险。为解决这一问题,在国内外率先研制了投捞电缆式潜油螺杆泵技术,生产时将动力电缆从油管内下入井内与井下电机对接,在检泵时从油管内提出,实现了动力电缆的单独提下,从而避免了油管外捆绑方式产生的问题。新疆油田5口井的现场试验证明,井下电缆与电机对接、脱开可靠,电缆可多次重复投捞后依旧完好,可重复利用,达到了保护电缆的目的,具有广阔的应用前景。 J7is a directional pad well,the beam rod pump was first used at the early stage,the rod was easily worn and broken,the pump repair period was short,and pump efficiency very low.Since2015,the conventional ESP has been used,showing good performance in dense oil development.However,the cable was bonded outside the tubing when running down hole,easily been scratched on casing wall and got damaged.For this,the ESP was then dropped down through the tubing by cable to connect with the downhole motor and pulled out when repair demanded.Tests on5wells prove by this method the cable can reliably connect with or release from the motor,the cable remains intact after repetitive dropping and pulling.It is worth promotion.
