摘要
目的对上海闵行地区乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物(HBVM)进行系统性分析,探索其变化趋势,为研究HBV的流行病学提供帮助。方法对本院2010年~2017年HBVM的检测结果进行回顾性分析,共314186例,根据不同年份、或计划免疫前后进行分组,并进行统计学分析。结果近8年上海闵行地区HBsAg阳性率呈下降趋势(P<0.05),HBVM阴性率呈上升趋势(P<0.05);与计划免疫前人群(≥25岁组)比较,计划免疫后人群(<25岁组)HBsAg显著降低(P<0.05),其中以“小三阳”下降最为明显,HBsAb显著升高(P<0.05),HBVM全阴性的比率也显著升高(P<0.05)。结论随着HBV计划免疫的实施,HBV感染率呈下降的趋势,但是HBVM阴性率却显著升高,即感染HBV的风险增加,这些人需要再次加强免疫。
Objective To systematically analyze the variation trend of hepatitis B virus markers(HBVM)in Minhang area,so as to provide help for the study of the epidemiology of HBV.Methods HBVM in our hospital from 2010 to 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.A total of 314186 cases were selected and grouped according to the different years,or before and after the planned immunization.The statistical analysis was carried out.Results In the last 8 years,the positive rate of HBsAg in Minhang area of Shanghai was obviously declining(P<0.05),and the negative rate of HBVM showed an upward trend(P<0.05).Compared with the group of more than 25 years old,the HBsAg decreased significantly(P<0.05)in the group of less than 25 years old,among which the“small three yang”was the most obvious.However,The positive rate of HBsAb and the negative ratio of HBVM were both increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion With the implementation of HBV planned vaccination,HBV infection is decreasing,but the negative rate of HBVM increases significantly,that is to say that the risk of HBV infection increase,and these people need a strengthening immunization.
