摘要
本文通过收集相关资料,对工程造价全过程控制管理的基本原理进行研究,了解国内外工程造价管理体制,并且通过造价人员参与全过程造价控制的工作经验,来分析研究目前全过程造价控制在实际运用中所碰到的问题,并结合前人的研究提出全过程造价管理时造价的有效控制的建议,这对控制建设项目的总投资有一定的参考意义。
In this paper,by collecting relevant data,the basic principle of whole process of engineering cost control management is found which can let us understand the engineering cost management system at home and abroad.Through the cost of the personnel control experience which involved in the whole process cost,we can analyze the whole process cost control in the problems encountered in practical application. Combining the predecessors’ studies,we have put the whole process cost management of the cost which is reasonable and effective. The control of construction projects with a total investment of a certain reference is significance.
