预应力混凝土预制管桩机械快速接头施工技术研究

摘要 本文总结的预应力混凝土预制管桩机械快速接头施工技术,机械快速接头适用于以下管桩施工,比如采用引孔静压法等,尤其是以下情况:若管桩有着腐蚀的基础,此类基础就可以使用机械快速接头技术;基桩的类型为抗拔桩,此时就可以采用该项技术;若布桩单位面积内非常多,有着相对较大的挤土效应,此时就可以采用机械快速接头技术;若施工现场有着非常低的环境温度,亦或是气象条件恶劣,施工人员无法进行焊接作业,此时就可以采用该项技术。 This paper summarizes the construction technology of prestressed concrete prefabricated pipe pile mechanical rapid joint,which is suitable for the following pipe pile construction,such as the use of perforation static pressure method,especially the following cases:if the pipe pile has a corrosive foundation,Such foundations can use mechanical fast joint technology;The type of foundation pile is anti-pulling pile,and this technique can be used at this time;If there is a large number of piles in the unit area and there is a relatively large soil crowding effect,the mechanical fast joint technology can be used at this time;If the construction site has a very low ambient temperature,or if the weather conditions are poor and the construction personnel can not perform welding operations,the technology can be used at this time.
