基于AMESim的典型滑阀阀口快速建模方法 被引量:11

摘要 液压滑阀阀口结构形式多样,阀口过流面积和水力直径计算繁琐,建模仿真复杂,在AMESim仿真环境中,这些问题可以得到较好的解决,但目前相关介绍的文献比较少,没有详细的阐述。作者结合前人的研究成果,对圆周开口、常见非圆周开口、组合型缺口、异形缺口滑阀阀口模型进行了分析,详细阐述了如何在AMESim仿真环境中快速搭建不同形式滑阀阀口的建模方法。以某工程机械多路阀的主阀为例,建立了其AMESim仿真模型。对于主阀芯的异形缺口阀口,采用MATLAB与AMESim联合建立。经过仿真分析,并与该控制阀样本比较,流量特性曲线基本一致,符合建模仿真要求。该研究结果为液压滑阀的设计、系统的动态特性分析等提供了一定参考。 The spool valve port has a variety of structural forms,the calculation of the flow area and hydraulic diameter is tedious,and its modeling and simulation is complicated.In the AMESim simulation environment,these problems can be better solved,but the related literature is relatively small and there is no detailed explanation.This study combined previous research results to analyze the model of the circumferential opening,the common non circumferential opening,the combined notch,and the profile of the typical notch slide valve port,and the modeling method of the different forms of valve port in the AMESim simulation environment was described in detail.Taking the multi way valve of construction machinery as an example,the AMESim simulation model was established.For the profiled notch of main spool,the AMESim and MATLAB joint simulation method was adopted.Through the simulation analysis,and compared with the control valve sample,the flow characteristic curve was basically the same,which accords with the requirements of modeling and simulation.The purpose of this study is to provide some reference for the design of hydraulic slide valve and analysis the dynamic characteristics of the system.
