摘要
行星机构应用领域广泛,其稳定性影响生产可靠性。为了研究行星齿轮传动部分的振动特性,以某减速器行星部分为研究对象,采用集中质量法建立行星齿轮机构的动力学模型,建立单个齿轮振动模型,得到影响振动特性的因素。利用动力学分析软件,研究冲击载荷作用下行星齿轮机构的振动情况,获得各级传动角速度及啮合力曲线。结果表明:啮合力在起始阶段存在大范围波动,有冲击作用,啮合力围绕均值上下波动,在小周期内重复相同的波动;冲击载荷作用下,啮合力的不稳定性增强,大范围地波动,啮合力接近于稳定载荷下的3倍;对结构柔性化后,柔性体接触间会发生小幅度弹性变形,变形导致啮合冲击增大。研究结果为行星齿轮传动系统的优化设计提供了参考。
Planetary organizations have a wide range of applications,its stability affects production reliability.In order to study the vibration characteristics of planetary gears,the dynamic model of planetary gear mechanism was established by using the mass method,and a single gear vibration model was established to obtain the factors that affected the vibration characteristics.Using the dynamic analysis software,the vibration of the planetary gear mechanism under the impact load was obtained,and the angular velocity curves were obtained as well as the meshing force curves.The results show that the meshing force fluctuates widely in the starting stage,impact is existed,meshing force curve fluctuates up and down around the mean;in the small cycle the same movements are repeated.Under the action of impact load,the instability of meshing force increases which fluctuates in a wide range,meshing force closes to three times of stable load.After the structural flexibility,flexible body contact occurs small elastic deformation which enlarges the meshing impact deformation.The results provide reference for the optimal design of planetary gear transmission system.
