摘要
锌精矿的提取是依靠一种含锌矿或者是铅锌矿,再经过多道程序(球磨、破碎、泡沫浮选等)对矿石进行精炼,最终能够达到国家标准的锌含量较高的矿石。这种锌矿石的用途相当广泛,应用的领域有医药行业、机械制造、化工以及冶炼金属等。锌作为重要原料,其提取方法也要恰当合适。我国对于锌的冶炼技术手段正处在一个上升的阶段,而对于锌精矿的具体分析和测定则需要进行专业的化学分析方法,我国目前比较广泛使用的测定锌精矿的方法主要是以下几种:X射线荧光光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、EDTA滴定法以及极谱法等。主要以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法作为研究对象,分析锌精矿相关成分的测定,以达到对锌精矿的各个成分进行详细而透彻分析的目的。
The extraction of zinc concentrate is based on a zinc ore or lead-zinc ore,which is refined by multi-channel procedures:ball milling,crushing,foam flotation,and so on,and eventually it can become a zinc ore which can meet the national standard.The zinc ore which meets the national standard has a wide range of applications,such as pharmaceutical industry,machinery manufacturing,chemical industry and metallurgical industry.Zinc is also an important raw material in zinc metal,and its extraction method should be appropriate and suitable.The technical means of zinc smelting in our country are in a rising stage,but the specific analysis and determination of zinc concentrate need professional chemical analysis methods.At present,the widely used methods of zinc concentrate Determination in our country are mainly the following:X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,atomic absorption spectrometry,EDTA droplets.Methods of determination and polarography.In this paper,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)is taken as the key research object to analyze the determination of related components of zinc concentrate in order to achieve the purpose of detailed and thorough analysis of each component of zinc concentrate.
