摘要
化工机械设备对化工产品的生产和制造都有非常重要的意义,但是在使用的过程中,常常会出现一些设备故障,如果不及时处理,就会给企业带来不少的损失。化工机械设备在维修的过程中最重要的是要符合设备的运行机制,以及零部件的系统功能,采取有针对性的解决措施,才能起到维修的作用。但是不同工艺条件下一些机械设备都有其不一样的设备状况,对此,主要就一些常见设备故障进行分析,并提出相应的解决措施,以给相关的工作人员提供参考。
Chemical machinery and equipment are very important to the production and manufacture of chemical products,but in the process of use,there are often some equipment failures.If these problems are not handled in time,it will bring a lot of losses to enterprises in the process of production.The most important thing in the maintenance process of chemical machinery and equipment is to conform to the operation mechanism of the equipment and the system function of the spare parts.It is necessary to take appropriate remedies and take targeted measures to play the role of maintenance.However,under different technological conditions,some mechanical equipment have different equipment conditions.In this regard,this paper mainly analyses some comparative equipment failures and puts forward corresponding solutions,the purpose of which is to give some reference to the relevant staff.
