摘要
油田班组做为油田企业管理最小单元,也是企业生产管理的重要执行单元。它的管理体现企业上层生产制度与决策,特别是现场地质动态管理更是面对千变万化的动态情况,要转变格局有利于现场生产。加强动态工作也是将现场生产工作提高到基层精细化和深入化的管理层面,第一时间掌握油水井现场情况,及时判断和解决现场问题,为后面工作顺利开展打下夯实的基础。
The oilfield team is the smallest unit of oilfield enterprise management and an important execution unit of enterprise production management.Its management reflects the upper production system and decision-making of the enterprise,especially the onsite geological dynamic management is facing the ever-changing dynamic situation.It is conducive to on-site production to change the pattern.Strengthening the dynamic work is also to improve the on-site production work to the refined and in-depth management level of the grassroots level.The first time to grasp the scene of the oil and water wells,timely judge and solve the on-site problems,and lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of the latter work.
