摘要
高职院校主动融入地方经济,探索新的校企合作平台——企业导师工作站,该平台有机对接校企双方需求,提升校企合作效率和效果。实践证明,企业导师工作站作为校企双方共建共管的平台有利于技术合作、人才培养,科研课题的申报与实施、产品的开发与推广、专业和课程建设,对推动校企双方协同发展有良好效果,为高职院校及其他高校提供了一条深化校企合作的新路子。
The vocational colleges actively integrate into the local economy and explore a new school-enterprise cooperation platform-enterprise tutor workstation,which organically meets the needs of the school and the enterprise,and promotes the efficiency and effect of the school-enterprise cooperation.The practice has showed that as a platform for joint management between schools and enterprises,the enterprise tutor workstation is conducive to technical cooperation,talent training,application and implementation of scientific research topics,product development and promotion,specialty and curriculum construction,It provides a new way to deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises for vocational colleges and other colleges.
