矿产资源节约集约利用术语尚无明确定义。文章介绍了矿产资源节约集约利用术语的由来,给出了矿产资源节约集约利用的术语定义建议,探索矿产资源节约集约利用内涵及其异同,为矿产资源开发利用水平合理评价、矿业领域生态文明建设提供支撑。
The term of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources has not been clearly defined.The article introduces the origin of the term of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources,proposes the definition of terms for economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources,explores the connotation and similarities of economical and intensive utilization of mineral resources,and provides support for the rational evaluation of the mineral resources exploitation and utilization and the construction of ecological civilization in the mining field.
