基于最小破碎比能TBM滚刀间距设计方法研究 被引量:11

摘要 正滚刀刀间距是TBM刀盘设计的重要参数之一,刀间距布置的合理性直接影响TBM破岩效率、刀具损耗等参数。本文首先基于最小破碎比能原理,确定相邻滚刀协同破岩时的合理刀间距,以压头侵入载荷与侵入深度的关系曲线为基础,提出单刀法向推力和贯入度计算模型,依据岩石破碎角几何关系计算不同贯入度下的最优刀间距,总结提出TBM正滚刀刀间距设计方法。结合某工程实例,计算查找TBM在不同岩体中高效运行的贯入度区间和最优刀间距,设计结果与经验取值接近。该方法可用于类似TBM滚刀刀间距设计。 Face cutter spacing is one of the most critical parameters of TBM cutterhead layout.Properly arranged spacing can influence many parameters such as rock-breaking efficiency and wearing of cutting tools.Based on minimum rock-breaking specific energy theory,the ideal relationship between rock-breaking and cutter spacing layout was clarified in this paper.Then based on the relationship function between applied load and penetration in punch penetration test,a model between thrust force and penetration was established.Then the optimal spacings under various penetration rates were calculated based on the geometric relationship during rock breaking process.The calculation model of normal thrust and penetration of single cutter was proposed.Finally in combination with the implementation in a project,calculations were conducted to find the appropriate thrust range of TBM in different rock mass and optimal cutter spacing.The results are close to empirical formula.This indicates that the method is applicable to the calculation of spacing layout in similar TBM machines.
