湿式石灰/石膏法在某铁矿山烟气脱硫中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 结合福建某矿业公司烟气脱硫改造工程实例,针对传统双碱法脱硫工艺易结垢、易腐蚀和运行成本高等问题,提出采用湿式石灰/石膏法工艺技改方案,对两种工艺的应用实践结果进行分析比较。结果表明,相较于双碱法,采用湿式石灰/石膏法脱硫工艺,不仅环保达标,生产技术指标优异,且运行成本低,成效显著,可为同类烟气脱硫工程提供参考。 Combining with the FGD(flue gas desulfurization)engineering case in a Fujian mining company,in view of the traditional dual alkali FGD process easy scaling,easy corrosion and high running cost,the corresponding wet limestone-gypsum process is put forward to improve the traditional dual alkali FGD process.The results of application practice of the two processes are analyzed and compared.The practical results show that comparing with the dual alkali method,the wet limestone-gypsum process not only meets the environmental standards,but also has excellent technical specifications and low running costs.The results are remarkable and can provide reference for the same kind of flue gas desulfurization project.
