摘要
为保证背栓式干挂石材拼缝质量,提高建筑外幕墙观感效果,针对石材安装中存在的拼缝不直、高低错台、缝宽超标等问题,提出了应采取改进放线方法、悬挂通线控制、采用专用卡具等技术措施,指出了应实行岗前培训、详细交底、专人监督等管理措施。
In order to guarantee the quality of stone joint of backbolt dry hanging and improve the effect of external curtain wall,in view of the problems in the stone material installation,such as the problem that the joint is not straight and the gap width of the wrong table is over the standard,this paper puts forward some technical measures,such as improving the line setting method to control the hanging line and using special fixture,and points out that the management measures,such as detailed disclosure of the special person's supervision,should be implemented before the post training.
