摘要
目的分析后踝不同治疗方法对三踝骨折治疗效果的影响。方法选取我院2013年1月至2018年3月收治的56例三踝骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照处理方式不同将其分为对照组(28例,后踝未采用内固定治疗,仅辅助石膏固定)和治疗组(28例,后踝进行内固定治疗),比较两组患者的治疗结果。结果治疗组的治疗优良率为92.9%,显著高于对照组的67.9%(P<0.05)。接受两种不同方法治疗后,两组患者A型骨折的治疗优良率无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组B、C型骨折的治疗优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论内固定法治疗后踝骨折对三踝骨折的治疗效果明显高于石膏外固定法,有利于缩短患者的康复时间,减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the influence of different treatment methods of posterior malleolus on the treatment effect of trimalleolar fractures.Methods The clinical data of56patients with trimalleolar fractures admitted in our hospital from January2013to March2018were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(28cases,the posterior malleolus was not treated with internal fixation,only assisted with plaster fixation)and treatment group(28cases,the posterior malleolus was treated with internal fixation).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the treatment group was92.9%,which was significantly higher than67.9%in the control group(P<0.05).After recived treatment with two different methods,there was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of type A fracture between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent and good rates of type B and C fractures in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The internal fixation therapy of posterior malleolus for trimalleolar fracture has significantly higher effect than that of external fixation with plaster.It is beneficial to greatly shorten the recovery time and relieve the pain of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
