摘要
目的探究顺行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨骨折的效果。方法选取医院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的84例股骨骨折患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,观察组采用顺行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗。比较两组患者手术及术后康复指标、治疗优良率及并发症发生率。结果两组患者手术时间及术中出血量无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组住院时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论顺行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨骨折可加快患者康复,且并发症少、安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of anterograde interlocking intramedullary nailing internal fixation in the treatment of femoral fractures.Methods A total of84patients with femoral fractures admitted in our hospital from January2015to January2017were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with42cases in each group.The control group was treated with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with anterograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation.The operative and postoperative rehabilitation indicators,excellent and good rates of treatment and incidences of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss amount between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anterograde interlocking intramedullary nail internal fixation in the treatment of femoral fractures can accelerate the recovery of patients,with less complications and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
