摘要
针对XCV-855加工中心四轴机床的结构特点及NC程序的要求,阐述了在UG/Post Builder通用后置处理文件基础上,配置了FANUC数控系统,设定了机床参数、程序头、尾及相关刀轨参数,采用tcl语言编写了程序在相应位置实现自动添加了M10/M11、M29等指令的功能,制定出符合XCV-855机床需求的后置处理文件。并以滤咀排列鼓的实际加工过程为例,检验制定出来的后置处理文件的正确性,通过实践结果表明,加工的过程没有出现报警,而且加工的零件能满足规定的精度要求,从而验证后置处理文件的正确性。
According to the structural characteristics of the four-axis machine tool of XCV-855machining center and the requirements of NC program,the FANUC numerical control system is configured based on the general post-processing file of UG/Post Builder,and the machine parameters and program head are set.The tail and related toolpath parameters are written in tcl language.The program automatically adds M10/M11,M29and other commands to the corresponding position,and develops post-processing files that meet the XCV-855machine tool requirements.Taking the actual processing of the drums as an example,the correctness of the developed postprocessing documents is verified.The practice results show that there is no alarm in the processing process,and the processed parts can meet the specified accuracy requirements,thus verifying the correctness of of post processing file.
