摘要
水利工程在社会发展中占据着重要地位,在城市建设和社会经济不断发展的背景下,对各项工程项目都提出了比较高的要求。在完成水利工程项目之后,需要对项目进行管理,并开展完善的工程监理。通常情况下,强化水利工程项目的管理和施工监理工作,能够提升水利工程的施工效率,在降低施工成本低的基础上更好的延长工程的使用年限。但是,当前水利工程项目管理中也涌现出了很多问题,需要工程项目管理人员重点关注。由此,当前对水利工程项目管理及监理中存在的问题进行了重点阐释。
Hydraulic engineering plays an important role in social development.Under the background of urban construction and social and economic development,high requirements have been put forward for various engineering projects.After completing the water conservancy project,the project needs to be managed and the project supervision should be carried out.Under normal circumstances,strengthening the management and construction supervision of water conservancy projects can improve the construction efficiency of water conservancy projects and better extend the life of the project on the basis of lower construction costs.However,many problems have arisen in the current management of water conservancy projects,which require the attention of project management personnel.Therefore,the current problems in the management and supervision of water conservancy projects have been highlighted.
