摘要
我国快速城市化三十年以来,经济飞速发展的同时产生了环境破坏、交通拥挤等一系列城市病,引发了城市盲目扩张、布局不合理、发展跑偏等负面效应。城市开发边界的科学划定将有效遏制城市的无序蔓延以保护农田和自然资源,同时倒逼地方政府盘活城市用地存量以促进城市集约发展。文章基于这一背景,通过解读国内外相关城市案例,分析得出城市开发边界的划定方法应综合统筹生态底线控制和城市空间拓展需求,并在此基础提出相应思考。
Since China's rapid urbanization for over thirty years,the rapid development of the economy has also led to a series of urban diseases such as environmental damage and traffic congestion and so on,which have caused the negative effects of blind expansion of city,unreasonable layout and deviant development.The demarcation of urban development boundaries will effectively curb the unordered spread of cities to protect farmland and natural resources,while forcing local governments to reinvigorate the stock of urban land to promote the intensive development of the cities.Based on this background,the article analyzes and summarizes the urban development boundary demarcation methods which should integrate the ecological bottom line control and the urban space development demand by reading the relevant domestic and foreign urban cases,and puts forward the corresponding thinking on this basis.
