摘要
伴随着互联网的迅猛发展及其在社会生活中的广泛应用,数字经济快速兴起并成为各国家推动经济增长的重要动力。基于数字经济发展内涵、特征、意义与作用,阐明企业在管理与经营层面的数字化转型需求与实现路径,搭建企业数字化变革多元化风险治理框架,有助于推动企业由适应依赖数字技术到数字化思维过程的转变,为企业经营者和管理决策者提供借鉴与参考。
With the rapid development of the internet and its widespread application in social life,the digital economy has rapidly emerged and become an important driving force for countries to promote economic growth.Based on the connotation,characteristics,significance and role of digital economic development,it clarifies the demand and realization path of digital transformation in enterprise management and operation level and builds a diversified risk governance framework for enterprise digitalization reform.The results will help to promote the transformation of enterprises from relying on digital technology to digital thinking process,and provide reference for business operators and management decision makers.
