摘要
准确识别与应对幼儿的"挑战性行为"是幼儿园教师必备的专业能力。对于幼儿因发展受限、知识匮乏、心理需要未得到满足,以及情境引发的行为,教师应建立合理期望,并进行重新导向,以预防"挑战性行为"的发生。坚信人性本善,接纳、积极倾听每一位幼儿是应对幼儿"挑战性行为"的基本原则。
Accurate identifi cation of and response to children’s challenging behaviors are indispensible professional abilities for kindergarten teachers.In terms of the behaviors caused by children’s developmental limitation,lack of knowledge,inability to meet their mental needs,and some concrete contexts,teachers should entertain proper expectation and re-adjust the guidance to prevent challenging behaviors from occurring.The basic principles to responding to children’s challenging behaviors are as follows:believing in the goodness of human nature,accepting and actively listening to every child.
