摘要 目的:探究Magphan SMR 170磁共振性能测试专用体模与美国放射学会(ACR)体模在进行磁共振成像(MRI)设备质量控制(QC)时的性能对比情况,分析两种体模测试结果的优劣。方法:采用同一个ACR体模和同一个Magphan SMR170体模对西南地区41家医院的41台MRI设备进行质量检测,并对两种体模的测试结果进行相关性检验和线性回归分析。结果:不分场强时,Magphan SMR 170体模与ACR体模测量的层厚、空间分辨率、伪影和几何畸变率4个指标均具有较好的一致性。场强为1.5 T的所有指标、0.5 T的空间分辨率和0.35 T的层厚和空间分辨率均通过了线性回归检验。Magphan SMR 170体模的信噪比和空间分辨率检测值稳定性良好,ACR体模除0.5 T外其他场强的层厚检测值更稳定。两个体模的其余指标在各场强下,稳定性相同。Magphan SMR 170体模在测量层厚和空间分辨率具有更高的精度但较耗时;ACR体模在测量信噪比和影像均匀性具有更优的QC意义且耗时短。结论:Magphan SMR 170体模和ACR体模均可作为QC的有效手段,根据QC不同的目的选择不同的体模。日常QC时可选择ACR体模作为检测工具,长周期QC时可选用Magphan SMR170体模或者结合ACR体模作为检测工具。 Objective:To explore the comparison of implementing quality control(QC)for magnetic resonance image(MRI)between MR performance test phantom of Magphan SMR170 and ACR phantom,and analyze the differences of test results between them.Methods:Performance tests were conducted using same ACR phantom and same Magphan SMR170 phantom for 41 MRI equipment of 41 hospitals in southwest area.And the test results of two types of phantoms were implemented correlation test and linear regression analysis.Results:In different field intensity,the test results for slice-thickness,spacing resolution,artifact and geometric distortion rate between ACR phantom and Magphan SMR170 phantom were coherence.All of indicators of 1.5 T field intensity,spatial resolution of 0.5T field intensity,and the slice-thickness and spatial resolution of 0.35 T field intensity have passed the test of linear regression.And the stabilities of test values of signal-to-noise rate(SNR)and spatial resolution of Magphan SMR 170 phantom were well.The test values of slice-thickness of ACR phantom in all of field intensities except 0.5T field intensity were more stabilities.The stabilities of other indicators of the two phantoms under each field intensities were same.Magphan SMR170 phantom had higher precisions in slice thickness and spatial resolution while it spent more time.ACR phantom has more excellent QC significance in testing SNR and uniformity of image and it spent shorter time.Conclusion:Both the Magphan SMR170 phantom and the ACR phantom can be used as an effective means of QC.One can choose either to fulfill different purpose QC.In routine QC,the ACR phantom can be selected as a testing tool to save time,and Magphan SMR170 phantom or combination of Magphan SMR170 phantom and ACR phantom can be a good choice in the QC of longer period.
