摘要
摆动切割方式的出现,解决了多线切割机切割更硬材料的难题,其摆动系统的优劣直接决定了设备的成本和性能;本机的线网布置在摆动体上,摆动体轴上采用大型双列圆锥滚子轴承,实现了线网摆动,可以用于摆动切割;基于Abaqus软件对摆动体对强度分析,并计算轴承寿命,验证了线网摆动系统设计的合理性。
The appearance of the wobble cutting method has solved the difficult problem of cutting more hard materials.The advantages and disadvantages of the oscillating system directly determine the cost,performance and reliability of the wobble multi wire sawing machine.The swinging mode of the wire is adopted.The swing of the swinging body is realized by the large double row tapered roller bearing,and the swing of the wire net is realized.After the bearing strength and life calculation,and the strength analysis of the swing body based on Abaqus software,it is verified that the swing system of the wire meets the design requirements.
