不同含氮量NC对CMDB推进剂力学性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of NC with Different Content of Nitrogen on the Mechanical Properties of CMDB Propellants

摘要 采用分子动力学计算了不同含氮量NC在NG/HMX共混体系的回转半径、径向分布函数及不同含氮量NC与NG/HMX共混体系的弹性常数;通过拉伸实验测试了不同含氮量NC对CMDB推进剂力学性能的影响。结果表明,NC体系中含氮量的增加,使NC分子链内部的作用力弱化,内旋自由度增大,NC分子链尺寸增大,NC的延展性改善;不同含氮量NC与NG/HMX共混体系的拉伸模量、剪切模量和体积模量与只含有NC的体系相比均有所降低;含氮量11. 8%的NC对改善NC/NG体系的弹性常数效果最佳,同时NC含氮量的增加能够强化NC与NG分子间相互作用;在浇铸CMDB推进剂中添加适量的1#NC和2#NC能提高浇铸CMDB推进剂在常温(20℃)和高温(50℃)的拉伸强度。 The radius of gyration and radial distribution function of NC with different content of nitrogen in NG/HMX blend system and the elastic constant of NC/NG/HMX blend with different content of nitrogen were calculated by molecular dynamics.The effect of NC with different content of nitrogen on the mechanical properties of CMDB propellants was tested by tensile test.The results show that the increase of nitrogen content in NC system makes the internal force of NC molecule chain weaken,the degree of freedom of internal rotation increase,the size of NC molecule chain enlarge and the ductility of NC improve.The tensile modulus,shear modulus and bulk modulus of NC/NG/HMX blend system with different content of nitrogen were lower than those of only NC system.The effect of NC(w(N)=11.8%N)on improving the elastic constant of NC/NG system is the best and the increase of NC nitrogen content can enhance the interaction between NC and NG molecules.Adding proper amount of1#NC and2#NC in casting CMDB propellants can improve the tensile strength of casting CMDB propellant at normal temperature(20℃)and high temperature(50℃).
