摘要
目的探讨颌面部多间隙感染的诊断和治疗方法。方法对36例颌面部多间隙感染的病因、发病特点、治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果 35例患者颌面部外形满意,张口、咬合、语言功能正常,1例死亡。结论通过掌握口腔颌面部解剖生理、颌面部间隙感染特点,进行局部、全身及多学科联合治疗,可提高颌面部间隙感染的治愈率。
Objective Exploring the diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial multi-space infection.Methods The causes,characteristics and treatment of 36 cases of maxillofacial multi-space infection were analyzed retrospectively.Results 35 patients had satisfactory maxillofacial appearance,normal mouth opening,occlusion and language function,and 1 patient died.Conclusion The cure rate of intermaxillofacial infection can improved through mastering the characteristics of oral and maxillofacial anatomy and intermaxillofacial infection,local,systemic and multidisciplinary combined treatment.
