摘要 《网络安全法》的正式施行,标志着国家网络安全等级保护工作正式进入2.0时代。法律要求网络运营者按照网络安全等级保护制度的要求,履行一系列安全保护义务。由于高校校园网用户集中,数量众多,访问要求较为复杂,目前大部分高校都采用多链路出口以解决获取资源和用户访问速度瓶颈问题。高校校园网管理者在满足校内外用户网络访问需求的同时,应该把履行网络安全义务放在运营工作的首位。论文首先介绍了负载均衡、边界防护、传输安全、地址转换等技术,在此基础上提出了基于多链路出口访问技术的校园网安全管理方案。实践证明,该方案在提升网络效率的同时,很好地满足了网络安全要求。 With the implementation of the Network Security Law,the national network security level protection work has entered the2.0era.The law requires network operators to perform a series of security protection obligations in accordance with the requirements of the network security level protection system.Due to the large number of campus network users and complex access requirements,most colleges and universities use multi-link export to solve the bottleneck problem of access resources and user access speed.College campus network administrators should put the fulfillment of network security obligations in the first place of operation while meeting the network access needs of users both inside and outside the campus.Firstly,this paper introduces the technologies of load balancing,boundary protection,transmission security,address translation,etc.On this basis,a campus network security management scheme based on multi-link export access technology is proposed,and the design and implementation of network security emergency drill scheme is given.Practice has proved that the scheme can improve network efficiency and meet the requirements of network security.
