摘要 随着电力体制改革的不断推进,依托大数据、云计算、人工智能、物联网及区块链等新技术,电网企业正朝着更加开放的能源互联网企业方向转型发展,开放互联已成为电网企业新时代的基本特征,随之而来的是电网企业供应链范围的快速变化和延伸,给供应链管理水平和协同效率带来了诸多挑战。智能供应链的提出可有效打通全链条的数据协同和数字信任体系,以生产工具进步推进生产关系变革,赋能能源互联网新的商业文明。针对当前供应链中存在的交易效率低、交易方信任缺失等问题,论文基于区块链技术不可篡改、集体维护和交易防抵赖特性,研究区块链智能合约技术在供应链智能合约中的应用,构建弱业务连接向强数据互通的新型供应链管理模式,实现供应链生态更真实、更透明、更智能,全面支撑具有卓越竞争力的世界一流能源互联网企业建设。 With the continuous advancement of power system reform,grid companies are gradually adopting new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things and block chain,and hope to become more open energy Internet companies."Open interconnection"has become a basic feature of the new era of power grid enterprises.With the development of it,the supply chain of power grid enterprises has rapidly changed and extended,which brings many challenges to the level of supply chain management and synergy efficiency.The introduction of intelligent supply chain can effectively break through the data coordination and digital trust system of the whole chain,promote the transformation of production relations with the progress of production tools,and empower the new commercial civilization of the energy Internet.Aiming at the problems of low transaction efficiency and lack of trust of the trading partners in the current supply chain,this paper studies the application of block chain smart contract technology in supply chain intelligent contracts based on the irresistible change of block chain technology,collective maintenance and transaction non-repudiation.To build a new supply chain management model with weak business connections and strong data interoperability,to realize a more realistic,transparent and intelligent supply chain ecology,and to fully support the construction ofworld-class energy Internet enterprises with excellent competitiveness.
