摘要
通过对CMMI-ACQ的研究,以业务流程嵌入过程域的方法,将企业现有的过程进行重构,对照成熟度模型对关键采购管理流程中的流程节点进行增减或调整,以提升采购能力。
Through the research of CMMI-ACQ,with the method of embedding the business procedure to process area,re-organize the current company procedure and compare with the maturity model to add/delete or adjust the current procedure point in key purchasing management procedure in order to increase the purchasing capability.
