摘要
采用喷涂方式,在AZ91D镁合金表面涂覆一种保护性的有机涂层体系。采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)分析了有机涂层体系在3.5%的NaCl腐蚀溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结合有机涂层体系在3.5%的NaCl腐蚀溶液中浸泡前和浸泡后的表面形貌、EDS分析,研究了有机涂层体系对镁合金的腐蚀防护能力。研究结果显示:在浸泡336h后,有机涂层体系仍具有较高的阻抗模值(104Ω·cm2),表明此时有机涂层体系对镁合金仍能提供良好的腐蚀防护。
A protective organic coating system was prepared on AZ91D magnesium alloy by mechanical spray.The electrochemical corrosion behavior of the organic coating systemin 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The corrosion protection properties of the organic coating system before and after immersion in 3.5% NaCl was studied with surface morphology and EDS analysis.Research showed that,after 336 h immersion,the organic coating system exhibited high resistant module(104Ω·cm2),which suggested that organic coating system still provided good corrosion protection for AZ91D magnesium alloy.
