摘要
随着区域一体化进程的推进,交通技术的发达及住房成本的增加,居民"职住分离"的现象愈加普遍。香港的人口密度大,住房成本高,拥有发达且完善的公共交通体系。因此居民对住房位置及通勤方式的选择更加多元化。文章旨在分析香港的两种非常规的跨境通勤模式,对其形成的原因、特点、及改善建议进行阐述。以期为基于居民时空间行为及职住分离的研究提供新的视角。
With the development of regional integration,the advancement of transportation technologies and the increasing housing cost,the phenomenon of"Jobs-Housing Separation"becomes more common.Hong Kong has a large population density,a high housing cost and a highly-developed public transport system.Its residents'choice of housing location and commuting pattern is getting more diversified as well.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the two unconventional cross-border commuting patterns in Hong Kong,and to explain the causes,characteristics and suggestions for improvement,in order to provide a new perspective for the study of spatial behavior and“Jobs-Housing Separation”.
