三江大蕉快速繁殖体系建立及优化 被引量:2

摘要 三江大蕉(Musa spp. AAB Group cv. Plantain)是优异的海南地方品种,属于典型的酸蕉类型。文中以三江大蕉的吸芽为外植体,首次建立并优化了其快速繁殖体系。启动吸芽增殖的培养基为MS+4 mg/L 6-BA,启动率高达100%;吸芽增殖培养基为MS+3 mg/L 6-BA+0. 05 mg/L NAA,每代增殖效率为5. 76;生根培养基为1/2 MS+0. 05 mg/L NAA,生根迅速,生根率高达98%。通过建立并优化三江大蕉的快速繁殖体系,为三江大蕉的品种推广示范以及进一步的品种改良奠定了基础。 Sanjiang dajiao(Musa spp.AAB Group cv.Plantain)is an excellent Hainan banana cultivar,which belongs to the typical sour banana type.In this paper,the rapid mcro-propagation system of Sanjiang dajiao was established and optimized for the first time.MS medium with4mg/L6-BA was used as sucks initiate proliferation medium,and the initiation rate was as high as100%.MS medium with3mg/L6-BA and0.05mg/L NAA were used for sucks micro-propagation,and with5.76multiplication efficiency per generation.The rooting medium was1/2MS medium with0.05mg/L NAA,and the rooting rate was as high as98%.This paper establishes and optimizes the rapid propagation system of Sanjiang dajiao,which lays a foundation for the extension and demonstration and the further improvement of Sanjiang dajiao.
