重庆市农业发展现状与农业植物新品种保护研究 被引量:1

摘要 重庆市是我国农业发展的重点直辖市,其辖区内有超过2 000万的农业人口,再加上所处地理位置有着十分优越的气候环境、植物资源、动物资源以及水资源,为农业发展创造出良好的先天环境。从当前重庆市农业发展的现状来看,农产品产量呈现出较大幅度的增长,新品种、新技术的推广力度不断加大,农业结构变得更加丰富和完善。重庆市政府积极响应国家政府的农业政策,重视农业科技的重要作用,要求保护农业知识产权,促进农业技术成果转化,并不断加强对农业植物新品种的保护工作,使得农业整体水平得到较大的提升,农业经济逐渐成为重庆市的重要经济支撑之一。本文首先对重庆市的基本情况展开分析,然后在此基础上探讨其农业发展的现状以及对植物新品种的保护情况。 Chongqing is a key municipality directly under the Central Government for agricultural development in China.It has more than20million agricultural population in its jurisdiction.In addition,its geographical location has a very superior climate environment,plant resources,animal resources and water resources,which creates a good congenital environment for agricultural development.From the current situation of agricultural development in Chongqing,the output of agricultural products has shown a considerable increase,the promotion of new varieties and new technologies has been increasing,and the agricultural structure has become more abundant and perfect.Chongqing Municipal Government actively responds to the national government's agricultural policy,pays attention to the important role of agricultural science and technology,requests the protection of agricultural intellectual property rights,promotes the transformation of agricultural technology achievements,and constantly strengthens the protection of new varieties of agricultural plants,which makes the overall level of agriculture greatly improved,and the agricultural economy gradually becomes Chongqing city one of the important economic supports.This paper first analyses the basic situation of Chongqing,then discusses the current situation of its agricultural development and the protection of new plant varieties.
