摘要
[目的/意义]旨在更好地开展全民阅读活动,响应党的十九大提出的"加快建设学习型社会,大力提高国民素质""全面提升全民阅读的深度"的要求。[方法/过程]通过对近10年我国国民阅读调查数据的比较研究,分析全民阅读运动的兴起、发展与变化的主客观因素,阐述传统纸质媒介与新媒体数字化媒介之间的辩证关系。[结果/结论]基于"互联网+"环境,国民阅读方式和阅读内容都发生了根本变化,新老阅读媒介相互借鉴和融合成为现今全民阅读的突出特点。在社会信息技术飞速发展的今天,全民阅读进入了新媒体时期,必将极大促进全民阅读活动的开展,提高我国国民整体素质。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to better carry out the nationwide reading activities,responding to the quest of the 19th National Congress of CPC which is“accelerating the construction of a learning society and vigorously improving the quality of the people”,and“comprehensively improving the depth of reading for all”.[Method/process]Based on the comparative study of the national reading survey data in recent 10 years,the paper analyzes the subjective and objective factors of the rise,development and changes of the national reading movement,and expounds the dialectical relationship between the traditional paper media and the digital media of the new media.[Result/conclusion]Based on the“Internet+”environment,the national reading style and reading content have undergone fundamental changes,mutual reference and integration between the new and old reading media has become a prominent feature of national reading nowadays.With the rapid development of social information technology,reading for all has entered the new media era,which will greatly promote the development of national reading activities and improve the overall quality of our nationals.
