摘要
地铁交通为大量乘客提供出行服务,其安全性尤为重要。虽然近年来上海地铁在管理、设备、人员培训等各个方面都有了很大提升,但是运营安全形势依然严峻。经过对上海地铁以往事故分析发现,人的不安全因素占主要作用。该文从事故致因分析的角度,将人的不安全行为分为冒险行为和差错行为,并就其发生机理进行分析,最后提出相应控制与预防措施。
Urban railway transit safety is particularly important for providing passengers commute services.Though Shanghai Metro has greatly improved in many aspects such as management,equipment,and staff training,the operation safety situation is still severe.It was found that human factors play a major role in the past accidents of Shanghai Metro through data analyzing.From the perspective of accident causes,this paper classifies the human unsafe behavior into risky behavior and misconduct,and analyzes its occurrence mechanism.Finally,the paper proposes appropriate control measures and precautions.
