摘要
目的探讨优质护理干预对原发性高血压患者动态血压的影响,为原发性高血压患者血压控制的护理干预提供依据。方法选取济宁医学院附属医院2014年1月至2015年12月期间收治的100例原发性高血压患者随机分为两组,每组有50例,对照组常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理干预。结果经过干预2周后,两组患者的尿钠值比较:两组患者较之前均有下降(P <0.05),但组间比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05);动态血压值比较:两组患者较之前均有改善,观察组改善程度更为显著(P <0.05);焦虑、抑郁评分:对照组与之前比较无明显差异(P> 0.05),观察组与之前比较有显著差异,与对照组比较有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论优质护理干预对原发性高血压患者血压下降效果较好;优质护理干预能够帮助改善患者焦虑、抑郁负面情绪,提升干预效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention on the dynamic blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension,and to provide evidence for nursing intervention in the control of blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.Method 100 patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group,cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Result After 2 weeks of intervention,the two groups of patients with urine sodium values comparison:The patients in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);The dynamic blood pressure values were compared:two groups were improved compared with before,the observation group was significantly improved(P<0.05);Anxiety and depression scores:there was no significant difference between the control group(P>0.05).The observation group was significantly different from that before the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing intervention in patients with essential hypertension in patients with blood pressure drop effect is better;high quality nursing intervention can help improve patients with anxiety,depression negative emotions,improve the effect of intervention.
