摘要
斜波纹型机械密封是一种性能优异的非接触式机械密封,其加工过程十分困难,一种较为简单的方法是采用激光逐层去除材料的方法近似实现所需要的曲面形状。考虑到加工效率问题和激光加工本身的局限性,每层去除的材料不可能无限小,密封环表面实际上是由很多台阶构成的。文中借助现有的润滑理论模型,研究了不同运行参数下激光加工方法产生的台阶对密封性能的影响。研究结果显示,高压、低速工况条件下,近似台阶结构略优于斜波纹密封的性能,但是泄漏量相对较大。在空化发生的条件下,台阶近似结构的密封性能与理想结构差距明显。为了提高零件的密封性能,建议对加工表面做进一步处理。
The wave-tilt-dam seal is a non-contact mechanical seal with excellent performance,which is very difficult to process.A relatively simple method is to use a laser layer-by-layer method to remove the material to approximate the desired surface shape.Considering the problem of processing efficiency and the limitations of laser processing itself,the material removed per layer cannot be infinitely small.The surface of the seal ring is actually made up of many steps.Based on the existing lubrication theory model,this paper studies the influence of the steps generated by the laser processing method on the sealing performance under different operating parameters.The results show that under high pressure and low speed conditions,the approximate step structure is slightly better than the performance of the wave-tilt-dam seal,but the leakage is relatively large.Under the conditions of cavitation,the sealing performance of the step-approximation structure is significantly different from the ideal structure.In order to improve the sealing performance of the parts,it is recommended to further process the machined surface.
