摘要
为了满足房屋不动产登记发证的需要,房产测量部门需要制作大量房产分户图。为了提高房产测量制图的工作效率,减轻制图工作压力,在CAD平台上利用VB.NET语言开发了房屋不动产分户图批量出图功能。该功能实现了CAD图形和房屋分户图标准图框的自动匹配、不动产单元红线的自动勾绘、不动产单元属性的自动填写,避免了传统CAD制图方法可能产生的错误,实现了CAD出图的一键式操作,为重庆市不动产统一登记的顺利实施提供了技术保障。
In order to meet the need of real estate registration and certification,the real estate surveying department needs to produce a large number of real estate household maps.In order to improve the efficiency of real estate surveying and mapping and reduce the pressure of mapping,the batch mapping function of real estate household map is developed by using VB.NET language on CAD platform.This function realizes the automatic matching of CAD graphics and the standard frame of the house household chart,automatic drawing of the red line of real property unit and auto-fill of real property unit properties,avoids the possible errors of traditional CAD drawing methods,realizes the one-key operation of the CAD maping,provides technical guarantee for the smooth implementation of the unified registration of real estate in Chongqing city.
