摘要
目的探讨护理干预对小儿先天性巨结肠根治术疗效的影响;方法选取我院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的小儿先天性巨结肠患儿90例为研究对象,比较两组患儿的心理、生理舒适度、并发症发生率、护理满意度;结果观察组患儿心理、生理舒适度和护理满意度显著优于对照组(P均<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率显著少于对照组(P<0.05);结论良好的护理干预可提高小儿先天性巨结肠根治术的临床预后及舒适度,减少术后并发症的发生率。
Objective to explore the effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of congenital megacolon in children.Methods a total of 90 cases of children with congenital megacolon admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study objects.Results the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of psychological,physical comfort and nursing satisfaction(all P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion good nursing intervention can improve the clinical prognosis and comfort of congenital megacolectomy and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
