摘要
目的分析对重症监护患者实施舒适护理对改善患者生命质量的应用价值。方法选取本科室2016年12月—2017年12月期间86例重症监护患者为调查对象,根据患者入院先后将其分为常规组(43例)和观察组(43例),两组患者均实施相同的治疗方案,给予常规组患者实施传统护理干预,给予观察组患者在传统护理的基础上实施舒适护理措施,比较两中护理干预对患者生命质量的影响。结果实验结果表明,观察组患者各项生命质量评分均高于常规组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论通过对重症监护患者实施舒适护理干预不仅能够有效改善患者生命质量,同时对提高患者护理满意度及促进和谐发展有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the application value of comfort nursing to improve the quality of life of patients in intensive care.Objective:To analyze the value of comfort care in patients in intensive care in order to improve the quality of life of patients.Methods 86 patients in intensive care from December 2016 to December 2017 were investigated,and were divided into routine group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The effects of nursing intervention on quality of life were compared.Results The experimental results showed that all quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the regular group,P<0.05.Conclusion It is important to improve patients'nursing satisfaction and promote the harmonious development through the intervention of nursing comfort in intensive care.
