摘要
目的研究重度痔合并低位单纯肛瘘联合手术治疗的疗效以及手术患者愈后肛门功能的影响。方法在我院2017年间就诊的重度痔合并低位单纯肛瘘患者中选择130例为对照组,手术方案采用外剥内扎术与肛瘘切除术联合进行的常规疗法,另选择130例作为研究组,手术中施行PPH术与肛瘘切除术联合进行的方案。依据两组患者的手术结果、疼痛评分对比(VAS)进行比较。结果采用不同的手术方案,研究组手术持续时间、术后第一次排尿时间、伤口愈合所用时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的肛门功能恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重度痔合并低位单纯肛瘘患者中应用PPH术具有良好的疗效,患者愈后肛门功能恢复正常。
Objective to study the severe hemorrhoids combined low simple anal fistula in combination with the curative effect of surgical treatment and surgery patients after the effect of anal function method in the diagnosis and treated in our hospital from 2017 patients with severe hemorrhoids combined low simple anal fistula,select the 130 cases as control group,operation scheme adopts outer peel internal plunge in anal fistula resection combined with conventional therapy,the other choose 130 cases as group,PPH surgery applies in the operation of anal fistula resection and solution.Comparison was made between the two groups of patients with surgery results and pain score comparison(VAS).Results the duration of the operation of the group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of anal function in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of PPH in patients with severe hemorrhoids combined with low level of pure anal fistula has a good curative effect.
