摘要
目的探讨直肠前突闭式修补术治疗女性直肠前突综合征的临床效果。方法随机选取我院在2015年7月-2018年7月收集的女性直肠前突综合征患者资料共60例作为研究对象,按照数字表法将他们分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30),对照组行经阴道修补术,研究组行直肠前突闭式修补术,研究观察两组患者的手术指标、不良反应发生率。结果研究组的各项手术指标均好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应发生率显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠前突闭式修补术治疗女性直肠前突综合征具有一定的临床疗效,各项手术指标均较好,临床价值突出,同时该方法操作性好,不良反应发生较少,安全性较高。
Objective to explore the clinical effect of rectocele repair on female rectocele syndrome.Methods Sixty female patients with rectocele syndrome were randomly selected from July2015to July2018.They were divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)according to the number table method.The control group was treated with transvaginal repair.The study group was treated with closed rectocele repair.Operative index and incidence of adverse reactions.Results all surgical indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of the female rectocele syndrome with closed repair of rectocele has certain clinical curative effect,all the surgical indicators are good,the clinical value is outstanding,and the method is operable,with less adverse reactions and higher safety.
