摘要
目的探讨神经外科护理工作中不良事件的诱发因素,并制定相应的防范措施。方法将本院2017年8月至2018年7月收治的82例神经外科患者采用计算机随机分常规组和观察组,各41例,分别对2组患者实施传统护理和防范护理干预,对比2组患者护理期间不良事件的发生情况。结果观察组神经外科患者不良事件发生率为4.88%,而常规组神经外科患者发生率为19.51%,差异显著,P<0.05。结论采用不良事件诱发因素分析措施,并制定相应防范措施可有效降低神经外科护理工作中的不良事件发生。
objective:to explore the inducing factors of adverse events in the nursing work of neurosurgery and formulate corresponding preventive measures.Methods:a total of 82 neurosurgical patients admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into a routine group and an observation group with 41 cases each,respectively,to carry out traditional nursing and preventive nursing intervention for the two groups of patients,and to compare the occurrence of adverse events during the nursing period for the two groups of patients.Results:the incidence of adverse events was 4.88%in the observation group and 19.51%in the conventional group,showing a significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:it can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the nursing work of neurosurgery by using the analysis measures of risk factors of adverse events and making corresponding preventive measures.
