摘要
区域性股权交易市场选择不同发展模式,对应着不一样的挂牌"门槛"、挂牌备案制度、股权交易制度、服务创新制度、政策支持方式,企业挂牌数量差异较大。借鉴部分区域性股权交易市场的优势做法,研究认为,区域性股权交易市场的提质增效,将有赖于市场定位再审视、交易制度新突破、融资模式再探索和政策支持新期待。
The paper sorts out the development of regional Equity exchange markets,including Corporate listing threshold,the listing review,the equity trading,the service innovation,and the policy support.The paper finds that each regional equity exchange market chooses different development models,and the number of listed companies varies greatly.Finally,the paper puts forward four suggestions for the construction of regional equity exchange market,involving market positioning,trading system,financing model and policy support.
