摘要
增压器HISS噪声是涡轮增压发动机常见的噪声之一,为避免客户抱怨并改善用户驾乘体验,故针对进气系统展开一系列的研究工作。在进气系统管路上设计消声元件,优化增压器叶轮,并通过CAE分析和NVH测试,以验证方案的有效性。试验结果表明,所实施的优化方案能有效地降低增压器HISS噪声水平,对相关NVH问题的研究有一定的指导意义。
The turbocharger HISS noise is one of the common noises of turbocharged engines.In order to avoid customers'complaints and improve user driving experience,a series of research work is carried out on the intake system.Design the sound attenuation element on the intake system,optimize the turbocharger impeller,and verify the effectiveness of the scheme through CAE analysis and NVH test.The experimental results show that the proposed optimization scheme can effectively reduce the HISS noise level,and has certain guiding significance to the research on the related NVH problems.
