摘要
简要介绍了策划(Plan)-执行(Do)-检查(Check)-改进(Action)" PDCA的定义、PDCA循环所经历的4个阶段及每个阶段的具体内容。以福建福清核电有限公司(简称福清核电)为研究对象,基于PDCA循环,将安全管理体系标准化和现场安全标准化进行有机结合,系统地探讨了运行核电厂安全生产标准化的创建过程》实践表明,通过创建安全生产标准化,福清核电全方位的提升了核电厂安全管理水平,确保了核电厂安全、稳定的运行。
The definition of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)and the details of four steps of the PDCA cycle were briefly introduced.Taking Fuqing nuclear power company(FQNPC)as the research project,the establishment process of standardization of safety production(SSP)for operational nuclear power plant(ONPP),which was combined with standardization for safety management system and standardization for on-site safety,was systematically researched based on the PDCA cycle.Through the establishment of SSP,the level of safety management was enhanced so as to ensure the safety and stable operation for operational units of FQNPC.
