摘要
通过对两种应变式传感器4~20mA输出型变送器具体电路的对比剖析,详细阐述了电流输出与电压输出形式的变送器各自的特点和应用场合。结合对两种具体实现电路的设计方案比较,归纳了工程设计所要考虑的相关细节问题,如对传感器供桥的驱动能力问题,长线传输过程中如何抑制干扰、提高稳定性的问题,与传感器衔接后的调校标定问题等。
The circuits of two kinds of4~20mA output transmitters for strain sensor are compared and analyzed,then the characteristics and applications of transmitter with current output and voltage output are elaborated in detail.Through the comparison of design schemes of two kinds of circuits,the related details in engineering design are summarized,such as the driving capability of the sensor bridge,the interference suppression and stability improvement in the process of long distance transmission,and the calibration and debugging of transmitter connected with sensor.
