摘要
循环球转向器中,螺杆和扭杆的连接是通过穿入一个销子并对其两端进行压铆来实现的。为了保证循环球转向器的性能,必须对螺杆上的销子进行推出检测,并对扭杆进行拉拔检测。本文论述了试验台的整体设计思路,介绍了以杨氏模量为理论核心的试验方法,给出对照试验结果,并结合软件界面论述了设备功能及实现细节。
The connection between the screw and the torsion bar in the recirculating ball steering gear is achieved by inserting a pin and crimping both ends of the pin.In order to ensure the performance of the recirculating ball steering gear,it is necessary to push out the pin in the screw and pull out the torsion bar.The equipment requirements and the overall design ideas of the test bench are discussed in the paper.The test method based on the Young′s modulus is introduced,and the results of the control experiment are given.The function and implementation details of the equipment are discussed with the software interface.
