摘要
目前高校实验室安全环保教育及管理尚处于起步阶段,其体系建设和规范管理模式有待进一步探索。针对药学院校药学类实验室种类繁多、功能各异、安全隐患多样的特点,在对国内外实验室安全教育与管理比较分析的基础上,构建教-学-管-监齐抓共管、线上线下相结合的药学院校多样化实验室安全教育与管理模式,为保护实验者人身安全、保障实验室安全运转提供解决方案,为美丽中国、健康中国、平安中国的高校建设提供参考。
At present,with the laboratory safety training and management still at their initial stage in domestic universities,a systematic and standard management mode requires further exploration.Considering that there are various labs in pharmaceutical schools which have different functions and potential risks,the paper suggests an“online-offline Teaching-Learning-Management-Supervising”mode for laboratory safety training and managementafter comparing and analyzing laboratory safety policies from both home and abroad.This customized mode provides guidance for different labs in Chinese universities to protect laboratory workers against all kinds of accidents.
